Who and what this policy covers
This policy applies to every use of Bespoke AI, including prompts, uploads, generated output, tools, projects, automated requests, and attempts to access the service. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Protect people from harm
- Do not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, blackmail, or encourage violence or self-harm.
- Do not create, request, distribute, or sexualise child abuse material or exploit a minor in any way.
- Do not facilitate human trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or abuse.
- Do not target people for discrimination or deny essential opportunities using sensitive or unlawfully obtained information.
No crime, fraud, or unauthorised access
Do not use the service to commit or assist fraud, impersonation, identity theft, phishing, money laundering, theft, extortion, malware delivery, credential theft, or unlawful access to a computer, account, network, device, or data.
Good-faith security research must be authorised by the system owner, limited to the agreed scope, and conducted in a way that protects people and data. Bespoke AI does not grant permission to test a third-party system.
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Do not collect, infer, expose, trade, or misuse personal, confidential, authentication, financial, health, biometric, or location information without a lawful basis and appropriate authority. Do not upload information you are not permitted to share.
Do not deceive or manipulate
Do not misrepresent AI output as verified human work where that would deceive, impersonate a real person without permission, manufacture evidence, manipulate civic participation, or run spam and coordinated inauthentic activity.
High-impact decisions need qualified review
Do not use output as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education admission, essential services, law enforcement, migration, or another decision with a material legal or similarly significant effect on a person.
Bespoke AI is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Legal, medical, financial, safety, and other regulated uses require independent review, appropriate expertise, and compliance with the rules that govern the activity.
Respect intellectual property and content rights
Do not use Bespoke AI to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Requests to transform or analyse material do not create permission to use it.
Protect the service
- Do not evade access, safety, payment, usage, or rate-limit controls.
- Do not scrape, resell, benchmark for publication, or automate access except through a written permission or interface that expressly allows it.
- Do not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe protected Bespoke AI systems except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not conceal the origin of abusive traffic or share an account to bypass plan and identity controls.
How we respond
We may limit a feature, block content, suspend access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law. We consider severity, intent, recurrence, actual or likely harm, and whether a safer response is available.
Where appropriate, we will explain an account action and provide a route to ask for review. Urgent threats, child safety concerns, fraud, or active system compromise may require immediate action without advance notice.
Report misuse or request review
Report suspected misuse or request review through the Bespoke Technologies contact page. Include only the information needed to investigate safely.
Applicable law
This policy supports compliance with applicable Nigerian law, including rules addressing cybercrime, data protection, consumer protection, intellectual property, and child safety. The Nigerian Communications Commission publishes cybersecurity resources, and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission publishes current data-protection resources.
